Confirm every irrigation zone is off, then watch the meter. Any continuing flow can indicate a hidden leak, stuck valve, or unauthorized use—report it before the next monthly bill arrives.
When to escalateUse “Yes — unexpected flow” for movement with all zones off. An urgent manager alert is created automatically. Use Emergency only for active flooding, property damage, or a safety threat.
